Ms. Poonam Tamang is an accomplished academician specializing in Accounting and Finance, with strong research orientation and a commitment to quality teaching. Holding advanced qualifications including M.Com, M.Phil, and NET, she integrates theoretical knowledge with practical insights in the field of commerce. Her research contributions cover financial inclusion, labour welfare in mining regions, youth unemployment, and retail investment behaviour.

She has actively participated in academic seminars and has published in UGC-approved journals and edited volumes, reflecting her engagement with contemporary issues in commerce and finance.
